Hitch receiver bicycle rack for bicycles with a 2" maximum frame diameter. Designed to work with 2" Class III or IV hitch receivers. Able to swing down for access to vehicle trunks and hatches. Rubberized padding to protect bicycle frames from scratches. Hitch Pin not included.
