The premise of the movie is to follow seven riders as they go through the four seasons of the year exploring their lives. Fittingly winter was the first season and the movie starts out with Steve Peat at his home in Sheffield England. It then bounces around the world to Aptos Ca and Cam McCaul, and his off-season training of a launch ramp to back yard pool, the rich man's foam pit.
