The 579xt is built with padded cradles that provide maximum stability for the canoe, and added protection for the gunwhales. Constructed of impact-resistant, long-lasting engineered resin, this carrier is both lightweight, and extremely durable. The 579xt has a quick and easy mounting design, and comes with a pair of ratcheting tie downs, as well as two straps and buckle protectors.
